COLLARS

Furry Friend Fashions offers adjustable, Break-away Cat Collars featuring an Acetal, Safety Center-Push Clip designed to breakaway under 8-10 lbs of torque. These collars come in Plain 1/2 inch nylon web in a wide variety of colors (see web color chart below). We also offer Designer Ribbon Collars and Reflective Collars which combine our variety of nylon webbing with over 75 Designer Ribbon Trims and 6 HOT Reflective trims appropriate to the 1/2 inch width of our webbing. All collars have a strong, molded steel D-Ring which is great for attaching tags or bells. As this is a Break-away collar we do not recommend for use with a lead.

Plain and Simple, Fancy or Reflective - our collars offer something for everyone and every occasion. HARNESSES
A favorite with our cat owners, the Figure-8 Harness is designed with a quick, side-release acetal clip (vs. the breakaway clip with our collars). This harness is adjustable to size and features a D-ring loop that forms the "figure-8" but allows the webbing to float free between the front (collar) and the rear (chest). the harness - if trying to get out the collar, the rear tightens; if trying to get out the chest, the neck tightens. Cats being the smart characters that they are they quickly figure out the it is just easier to leave the harness on and get on with the fun it can provide. The advantage to a figure-8 style harness is obvious, no more walking out of the harness or manuevering to get out (like the old "H" style harness). In addition, unlike most other Figure-8 style harnesses on the market, ours features a loop that is firmly attached to the harness body so you can't lose it (major complaint), vs ones that can slip off allowing the figure-8 to undo (and then you have to re-figure it) - Just slip the loop over the head, adjust the body to fit the chest and clip the fastener (over right shoulder) and you are ready to attach lead and GO!

LEADS
Matching 4ft or 6ft leads are available for any type Figure-8 Harness - Plain, Designer or Reflective - in any 1/2 inch color web. All Leads use high tensile strength nylon with Triple X stitching and nickel-plated, steel bolt snaps to provide strong, durable and reliable use.

COATS

While traditionally more a dog item, some elderly, ill or hairless kitties do use our coats for both warmth (mostly the terry velour or polar fleece) and protection (raincoats or denim). A wide variety of colors is available, all made using hook and loop closures at front and under belly for quick easy fit and minimal restriction. All are machine wash/dry. Measurement and pricing is by length (collar to tail along backbone).
