To Fit Your Dog

THE FFF COAT

A Long-time favorite with our custom order customer and Dog Show clientele, we now have our complete line of coats available for direct order. Available in the styles, fabrics and colors listed below, our entire coat line features sturdy "velcro" closures at the front and under the chest to assure both comfort and easy fitting with a minimum of fuss or stress. There are NO clips, buckles or separate pieces to be worked with, fussed with or lost! All of our coats are top-stitched for added durability and to give that "finished" look to the garment. Easy to Care for - All coats are machine washable (BE SURE TO FASTEN ALL VELCRO CLOSURES FIRST) and can be machine dried with care on a low setting.

All of our coat styles are available in sizes 8" - 36" with pricing as indicated below. Larger/smaller sizes are available upon request. All regular pricing is as indicated with the exception of Special Order and/or "Designer" fabrics - These may run slightly higher - if interested, please call us or email us for a quote or more information.
The coat styles include:

RAINCOATS:

RipStop, Water Resistant Nylon lined with Flannel, Sherpa or Patterned Polar Fleece (only a few of which are shown below. Available generally in Yellow, Peach, Red, Royal Blue, Purple, Teal, Black, Pink, Camouflage, Mauve and 2 Geometric Prints.

TERRY “CABANA” WEAR

TERRY VELOUR*: Ideal for summer as a wet "Cool-Down" or as
an After Bath or Swim Drying Coat. The Terry Coat is available in ribbon (see pattern chart) trimmed solids as seen above such as Dusty Pink, Lemon Yellow, Pale Blue, Mint Green and Raspberry and is also available in a variety of bright stripes and
Tropical Prints (Some of which are pictured below).

DENIM:
Flannel, Sherpa or Polar Fleece Lined.
Available in Blue, Black, Tan and sometimes Red.

Pricing for all standard coats (Rain, Denim, Terrycloth) is shown below.
Pricing for Tapestry, Designer or Guatemalan is done on an individual basis - call for a price quote.
There is a $5.00 cut charge for custom sizing.

Special Orders:
Coats 35 or larger and 6 inch or smaller are available on a special order basis and may require additional time.

We also offer custom coat service for the hard to fit dog - The dog’s specific measurements will be needed for all custom orders and such orders are non-returnable. There is a $5.00 cut charge.

We also have available special fabrics for the “SPECIAL” dog’s needs in fabrics such as tapestries, hand-woven, imported Guatemalan designs, etc. If you have a special need or combination, just ask us and we’ll try to make it work.

These are available on a limited basis as quantity and availability permits (we never know what "goodies" may come our way). The patterns are always unique. Great for the person who really wants something "different and special" Inquire directly re. current availability and pricing on these items.

CUSTOM COATS: For that "hard to fit" dog - we still do
offer custom-sized coats in all our styles. These are made to specific measurements of the individual dog. Please feel free to ask regarding the requirements and pricing.

*Availability of colors may vary depending on stock and season, please have second choice given when ordering.

TO PROPERLY FIT YOUR DOG:

Most of the time you will just need the length measurement from collar to the base of tail. Then pick the appropriate size and style. HOWEVER, if your dog is shaped unusually (like a bulldog or a doxie) or is plumper/larger than most dogs that size,
you may wish to customize your coat order.

TO DO SO WE NEED THREE(3) BASIC MEASUREMENTS:

1. LENGTH - measurement along backbone from collar to base of tail

2. CHEST - measurement around the dog at deepest point of the
chest/brisket, just behind the front legs.

3. SHOULDER - measurement across the front of dog's chest from point
      of shoulder bone to point of shoulder bone.

In addition, whether stock size or customized, it is usually a good idea to also include the breed/mix of dog involved.   Also, occasionally for some breeds we may also need the measurement of height at withers and/or measurement from elbow to elbow over the back. (This is generally for shorter-legged breeds such as doxies or corgis that may require a slightly narrower/shorter "body" to the coat.
